As a homeowner and real estate investor, I am able to empathize with those purchasing a home, whether they're a first time buyer or a seasoned investor. I strongly believe the process should be both enjoyable and profitable. My main goals are providing accurate information and advice on real estate, addressing my clients concerns and delivering results. 

I am grateful to be a part of the development of Vancouver and I love the role I play within it. From my quick start into the business in 2000 when my friends were buying homes, right up to the deal I'm working on now, my commitment to provide the best service in the business has never wavered.

My knowledge of this changing market, together with my proven marketing strategies have helped so many people with one of the most important investments of their lives - purchasing a home. I am excited to help people find what they're looking for and guide them through the sometimes complicated process of buying and selling real estate.

I love this city!!  Vancouver is situated on some of the finest land in the world and it offers the best lifestyle. Like they say "you can ski and golf on the same day." Whether you are selling a real estate investment or looking to buy more, I have the resources to facilitate the process. My job is to help you achieve your real estate objectives while causing the least disruption to your life. To this day, I am enjoying my real estate career and have been licensed since 2000.  I have a solid academic history and a practical understanding of the residential real estate market in Vancouver. I attended Simon Fraser University and later received my diploma in Marketing Management from BCIT. I purchased my first 2 properties in Vancouver (West End and Burnaby)  then 2 more in the lower mainland which I have been a resident of the city for over 28 years.

My honest, straight forward approach and strong negotiating skills have earned me the reputation of consistently delivering friendly, efficient skills. That's why most of my business is referral. My professional awards include membership in RE/MAX Hall of Fame and RE/MAX Platinum Club/Titan Club for recognition of outstanding performance and achievements in the real estate profession, and REBGV Medallion Club which puts me in the top 1% of all Vancouver Realtors. My family and I currently live in Olympic Village.
